Leaking Front Master Cylinder Lid

It doesn't matter how tight my master cylinder reservoir lid is, it still leaks when I apply the front brake. I had this issue over a year ago and replaced the lid and rubber seal underneath. That worked for awhile it started leaking again. Suggestions?

06 model. stock black and chrome both leaked. I tried tight loose and in between. nothing works so far.

The front master cyliinder on my '09 Ultra Classic seeps a little.

I replaced mine with a chrome one from drag specialties, it's like $97, looks good ,no leak

They are not supposed to leak. Will bubble the cylinder paint. Try and replace it with the lid/gasket kit (be it the black kit or the chrome kit) and if it still leaks you will probably need a new master. They had updated the Brembo lid and gaskets because of the leaks. What pn# was your replacement lid when you had it put on?
