So here's the problem, I'm on vacation, and about 1300 miles away from my Harley Maint. manual, and I have a problem with my headlights and running lamps not working. Not sure exactly what it might be...the high beam works, so it's not disconnected, the running lamps on the sides don't light...not sure if that's a common problem, or if that might be a secondary symptom of the main bulb being blown?
Passing lamps will not work on high beam, unless you change your wiring. Therefore, I'd say you need a new headlamp bulb as your low beam probably crapped out.

Nah, I had thought that too...found the problem. The plug for the left side handlebar switches was about half unplugged since I had been looking at it to route the wires inside the bar for the bagger apes (Cyclesmiths 13's).
My stupid mistake...anyway, my Dad and I took it all apart tonight and finally internally routed the left side switches and added the wiring extensions so at least the left side is done, and now I'm back up and ready to ride for tomorrow.
