Congrats on your new ride. Awesome colour dude. I was at my dealer today, and I parked right beside one that was just dropped off for service. It was the blue colour, very nice, but I think I would go with red after seeing yours. A little bit of advice; this SE Streetglide I parked beside had a Thunder Header 2-1 pipe on it. The Service Manager(Jesse) came out to greet me, as I had'nt seen him for awhile. I asked him to fire up this blue SE Street Glide cause I wanted to compare it with my Bassani Road Rage 2-1 pipe. WOW ! At start up, it was like an earth quake. He cracked the throttle a few times and I could not believe how loud this thing was. No comparison to my Road Rage pipe in loudness. My ears would bleed on a long trip with that one....just my 0.02. Enjoy your new ride dude....
Thanks for all the compliments, welcomes and good wishes!
I'll get more & better pictures put up when I get it home next week. Already looking at mods :-)~
Any advice for new slipon's for a not so much louder sound but deeper for sure. Will keep the cats and stock head pipes. Anyone know if I'll need to re tune after?
Also looking at some small driving lights to increase visibility. Don't want the big ones like on the Ultra. Would like to find some that might match up with the small smoked turn signals on it. Then who knows.....I'm sure the more I ride the more I'll want!
P.S....Anyone know how to to on bold lettering and the smiley faces???
