Default Rain Gloves

I guess its never going to quit raining here so I have to find some good rain gloves. Being in Alaska they have to be warm to. Been looking at Hugger. What are you all using and are you happy with what you are using?

I use gloves from Shift. Water and wind proof. Rode 9 hours in the rain hands never got wet or cold.

Here in Norhtern MN I wear decently heavy wool gloves or glove liners and these from Aerostich:

I love them, and they have squegees to clean off my face shield.

I have a pair of lined "chemical"gloves that I got at Lowes.
Hands stay dry all day.

I bought $3.00 oversized chemical gloves from the supermarket and wear them over liners. Looks funny (bright blue in my case) but very effective.

Well, you didn't ask just for recommendations, so here ya go: I have the HD Men’s Waterproof Nylon Rain Gloves (Product ID: 98170-05VM/000L). I have found that they're not particularly waterproof, not particulary warm, and damn near impossible to put on if your hands are damp.

So IMO, I'd stay away from them. I'm subscribing to get some better options.

I've had good luck with silicone treatment for leather, including my Gerbing G5's. Also use on my jacket, chaps and boots.

Around here riding in the drizzle or showers is just the way it is so I don't usually pull over to "gear-up" unless it's "real" rain. If I know I'll be in heavy, steady downpoor I'll gear up along with some black waterproof Dakine Gore-Tex gloves that I bought from a ski / snowboarding outfit. Kinda bulky but super warm and dry.
