Low Idle on 01 RK

Increase your low idle. All you need is a torx bit set and some other basic tools. Here is a link to the how-to.
Do you have an RPM gauge? Its really hard to tell the difference between 800 and 1000 rpms without it. I set mine right at 1000 rpms... Just doesnt sound much like a Harley anymore, but it runs great now.

My 01 Ultra was doing the same thing and discovered fuel regulator was bad and had a kink in return line allowing fuel pressure to hold at 75lbs instead of 45. replace fuel pump, regulator, and hoses in tank and all is well again.
