Placed an order with Okie Shade looked like a good product. I placed the order on June 1st,they immediatly took the money from my credit card and I have yet to recieve the product.. I have email and called multiple times and have recieved no response. They still have an active web site and a voice mail when you call. Do not order from this company unless you like throwing money away

Did you call your credit card company and open a dispute on the transaction? Your account will more than likely get credited immediately. Let the credit card company deal with the vendor.
Definately call your credit card company and dispute the transaction. I like to use Amex for ordering like that, they stand behind the customer pretty good.

dmax: I am in contact with the owner of Okie Shade and he recently went through a very traumatic time with the death of one of his staff, a severe stroke with another member of his staff, a lifethreatening illness himself, and recently the death of his grandson. He is trying to get the company back up and running and I am helping him with that. Please send/post your information and what you had ordered and I will do what I can to make sure you receive the product. Thanks, Tammy.

Yea, and I'm in contact with Willie G himself, as well as Santa and the Easter Bunny.

DAMN! Bad stuff right there! I guess, had I ordered something from them, that I would give them a little more time, considering the circumstances.
And I could be mistaken, but don't trolls usually cruise in, say some really stupid inflammatory ****, then leave? I didn't detect any of that here.
