Default Bad business

Never do business with this company http://decalsite.com/shop/index.php?main_page=login.

I placed an order with them on Friday. I checked my order status on Tues. and it said "pending" so I emailed them to find out why, and what was going on. By Wed morning I still hadn't heard from them so I called the contact number. The gal I talked to couldn't tell me what was going on, and that the order should have shipped that morning. She told me the man I needed to talk to was at lunch, took my name and number and told me he'd call within the hour. Never did. Last night at 10pm I emailed them again saying that this was the third time I had try to contact them with no response. Well, this morning I get an email saying that my order was canceled.

So I called them again and was told that my order was canceled because I questioned them too many times. I asked if there was a manager I could talk to, and he said "Not right now." When I asked them if they had enough business that they can turn people away, he told me "We have lots of other websites, and lots of back-orders."

I had ordered a Chrome outline Harley Davidson tank decal that was going to go on my bike. Unfortunately they were the only ones I found that make it.

So, for all my Harley friends, avoid this company and let's show them what happens when business forget customer service.

I looked at their website and their shipping information. Here's a snip from their site:

Where is My Stuff?
A note about shipping - each item offered is manufactured upon order. This ensures that our products are fresh when they arrive at your door. Due to the fact that our products are not sitting on a shelf gathering dust and getting old, you can rest assured that you will receive a fresh new product. Thus, while our regular days for shipping are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, it may take up to a week or more for you to actually receive your order. We appreciate your understanding and are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. We can not guarantee DELIVERY DATE as this can only be controlled by the shipping company. If premium shipping is paid for and the shipper does not perform, we will work with you to get a refund of shipping costs. We can only estimate a shipping date as production schedules change.

Sooo... you ordered a whole ONE set of tank decals on a Friday, bugged the company on Tuesday and Wednesday when they didn't ship your order on Monday, and they cancelled your order. Then you have to tell the whole world on this forum what a crappy company this is. What a whiny fricking cry baby you are.

Sucks to be you because now you're not going to get the decals you said that nobody else makes.... way to go genius.

+1 VA posted this same original post on NINE forums on HDF.

If he has a decal I want, I'll order from him.

It's one thing to have a delay, it's completely another to ignore a customer. That's what bothered me. A simple "this is what's going on, there's no problem" was all that was needed. Then not only did they ignore three requests for information on MY order, they arbitrarily canceled it because I bugged them. That's bad business.

How would you feel if you had your bike at a shop being worked on, and every time you tried to contact them about YOUR bike they ignored you?

Ok I do not agree with the way VA handled this. Why post all his information?

All that info came directly from the second email I sent them. It's also on the first email I received from their sales dept. that said my order was canceled. That included the exact time of day I sent the email. The only one that would have access to that would be the company itself.
