I've been dicking around with this since early May. I get out to my shop to work on it and I manage to do a couple of hours or so. Then the urge hits and I say screw it and I'm off on my softail. Most of the work was re-doing the exhaust cut outs on the bags and fender extension to suit me. The cut outs were way too big for my liking to begin with and the fender extension needed some trimming and re-shaping. I'm now at the point of molding in the fender extension. Hopefully I can keep my *** put and finish it in a week or so.
Are those the Top Shop bags and fender? Really looking good! Keep it up, it's gonna look great!

Bags are Top Shop with 3.5" stretch. The fender extension started out as a Gator Tail from Bagger Bill. Forgot to mention in my 1st post about filling the tail light dimples. There was quite a bit of other stuff that needed to be cleaned up also. It was pretty rough to be sold as a finish piece in my opinion.

Thanks for the info. The cutouts looks great!

If you're thinking about using a Gator Tail, I suggest you look at all the fender options available before deciding on the Gator Tail. As I said it's a lot of work to get it to look right. The guy who makes these things (Bagger Bill) did offer to take it back. I made the final decision to keep it and make it work. I'm not suggesting that Bagger Bill is unethical or am I trying to steer folks away from him and his products.
