i had them on my last road king. sound great,no doubt. a little louder. lost some bottom end torque with my ev23 cam but picked up some power in the higher rpms.

I think the heat dissapation for passenger# 1 and better exhaust for rear cylinder helps to run cooler added with stage one the bike breaths alot better but you will lose low end torque for sure. I think the sound is probably #1 issue with most and true duals just look Bad ***!

Pros: sounds better, runs cooler.
Cons: some loss of low end torque.

Got true duals on mine, and still have plenty of torque to not worry about the cons...

It all depends on what you are trying to get out of the bike. You can go with true dual for the sound and put a better cam kit in and not lose the torque. But if you go with a true dual try and get the largest pipe size you can get.

Good:
Less heat on the right side.
Better sound.
Looks.
Higher RPMs power gain.

Bad:
Low end torque loss. (Never been enough for me to notice with a decent tune)
