Good job on the holster. However if you think that you need to carry at all, I vote for carrying it on your person even if you don't have CWP which is probably not a real big deal provided that you inform the LEO that you have it on you, unless they want to be dicks about it.
I am an advocate for having your weapon on your person at all times. But if you want to secure your weapon for times or places you don't want to carry, here is a more secure option.

No permit = illegal possession of a concealed weapon = federal prison. I'd call that a big deal. As for informing a LEO, in SC it's a courtesy but not mandatory unless they ask. Be aware of the laws in your state since they vary widely.
If you live in a concealed carry permit state, get you permit and carry your weapon on your person. As for going out for a beer, either pass or leave the weapon at home. Although I have gone into plenty of restaurants serving alcohol with my weapon properly concealed. On a motorcycle I would argue that it's the safest alternative given my record.
Now a way to carry a pistol grip 12 gauge pump would be really cool.
Nice job but not for me. Not bad if you need to ditch it for a short visit into a banned est. though. Park off property. Just a thought on the conceal carry into businesses that "ban firearms" If your weapon is concealed properly they should never even know that you are carrying. People can put signs up saying whatever they want but unless they "inform you and demand compliance" regarding a no firearms policy the signs don't mean chit. If they inform you and demand compliance leave and disarm before returning. Buildings where firearms are legally banned are nothing to mess with though.
