Default KLOCKWERKS - Got it -

Installed my Klockwerks windshield and finally got out for a liesurely 250 mile cruise on Sunday through the beautiful Arizona deserts . . cities . . back roads . . hiways . . and, a little rain!

Worked great! Not as wide as the 8" 1/2 moon it replaced; and, it took a little getting used to the distortion from the curves of the windshield; but, as I don't really look "through" the windshield, but look OVER it, then the distortion issue became a non issue . .

I felt a little more wind to my shoulders; not a bad thing in the Arizona heat; and, it seemed to have a better "clean" zone of air around my face and glasses - my honey said she noticed there was less buffeting for her as well (though, that could be my 200 pound frame).

Anyway, for me, it was worth the wait; I like the look; and all is good!
Thanks, Klockwerks and Kustom Baggers . .

Len - 06 SG

I had a bad experiance with KW. If you rely on their customer service, the worst. I won’t deal with them...

I thought that having the 6.5 was about like not having one on.
I went with a 9" LRS and still have 2-3 inches to look over it, and I'm only 5'10" w/a MCC lowered RG seat on my SG.
Glad ya like it.
KW is a SD outfit..

I run a 6.5" on my SG and love it. It did make a small improvment over the stock windshield, just enough get get me out the the heavy wind. It looks great also.
