Default Hide the Horn

I have the Mini-Beast horn on my bike, and I love it. But I really want to hide it and open up that side of the motor.
I've looked all over the bike for a good place to mount it out of site, but I can't find anyplace that will fit and still work well. I've heard of people taking them apart and mounting the compressor in one area and the horn in another, but I still want the horn to face forward, work well, and be out of sight.
Any ideas, pictures, or thoughts?
Thanks,
Steve

Don't know about the Mini-beast, but stock horns will fit inside the fairing and work good.

I'd be worried that inside the fairing would muffle the sound too much.

If I placed it correctly, it would be facing the opening at the bottom by the steering neck..........that might work.

Do a 1-2 inch tank lift and stuff it in there!

I think you have 2 to 1 exhaust. Mount it behind the rear jug where the left pipe used to go. Thats where I had mine mounted on my 05 with 2 to 1 pipes. On my 10, I have one apart and going to mount the compresor under the seat and the horn behind the rear jug. I'll paint it flat black so it will disapear.

I've thought about under the tourpak, and I've thought about behind the saddlebag.
I like the idea of putting it inside the fairing, just wondering if it will be loud enough to still wake people up.

I have instructions for placing the horn in the frame ahead of the battery and the side cover. Send me a PM and I'll send it to you with pics.
