Regardless of what the woodchuck from PA saw, Id have to guess Spring is on the way also judging from the amount of skunks Ive been smelling and seeing flattened on the roads already.
I was wondering something similar to this thread (hope this isn't a hijack) but do any of you who are prior service have any military patches/ribbons/etc. on your jacket or vest?
A lot of the people in my CVMA chapter wear something like this - I have seen a few people at rallys who wear a mini-medal, but only a few,
i assume it's acceptable to have a flag with the union on the right rotated vertical so the union shows on the left on a vest (vertical stripes)?
i've got a flag that a relative wore in a deployment (it has a gold border, but i'm also a combat vet so according to the rules it's legal for me to wear)
but because it was worn on his right shoulder the union is on the opposite side as usual
i've looked and don't think i've ever seen anyone wearing a flag in this orientation on their vest
Sure, it is an old thread, but humor is timeless.
I find it laughable that the mantra of Harley-Davidson riders is "Freedom".
And then join clubs that totally restrict your behavior and appearance down to the clothing and patches that you wear. Restrictions, restrictions, restrictions.
Don't you find humor in that?
