Your Power Commander should have come with the o2 sensor eliminators.
Mark
The pc v doesnt use the eleminators. just remove right side cover, unplug the sensors, you will need to cut a couple of zip ties, remove sensors, replace the cover. next step
Thank you. Yes I just confirmed that my PCV did not come with eliminators or termination plugs for the o2 sensors. The instructions say to just disconnect them under the right side cover. I like your suggestion of getting rid of them altogether, wires and all, but I need to install the bungs into the pipe for nothing more than to just fill the holes. I guess I could cut the wires off if I wanted to, but I'll just leave them just in case.
My Fat Cat came with plugs installed in the bungs. I removed them to install my O2 sensors since I use a Race Tuner. I'd at least get short bolts or the plugs D&D uses instead of having unplugged sensors in there. They are 18m.m.-1.50. First call D&D and Dr.VTWin explaining your issues. Take a digital pic of the heatshield. E-mail it to D&D and to DR.V Twin. I'm sure you'll get fixed up quickly.

Got your email and forwarded it over to Leonard at D&D already. I am sure he will be in contact with both of us tomorrow. We are on it! Don't worry about that at all.
Thanks for emailing me the pic. The blemished chrome part of the heatshield was very clear.
