Default Service error

Appreciate your opinions. I tool my 09 RK to my dealership service dept for 15 K (doing early at 14.1K before a vacation) service. This particular service dept had always been against synthetic oil in their recommendations since I bought the bike (skate theory). Anyway after about 13.5K miles I'd asked around and read and decided to go with Mobil 1 V-Twin 20-50. Riding after I changed it about 2 weeks ago I knew I'd done right. Happy.
I take it in today and specify 2X that I don't want service to the engine oil, that I'd changed it.
I get home from the service, check my oil and the level is higher. I look and see a clean new filter without the sticker I'd written on when I did my change to Mobil 1.
I call my service guy and he responded that it looked like thay had done the change (HD360), but hadn't charged me for it. I come clean and tell him, "Look John, I'd made a decision about what I wanted to run." I told him that whatever error they should have told me. He apologized said they weren't trying to hide anything.
I've had some beers and I'm drunk and disgruntled.
I've never been demanding with these folks, but now I'm thinking they do a change back to my oil on their dime.

What say ye?

Forget it. Ride the damn thing. They didn't charge you for it and IMO HD oil is as good as Mobil 1. Next time change your own oil.

In the big picture, I would probably just ride it and go on about my way. They know they screwed up, thats why they didnt charge you for it. I can see the techs side, probably does the same routine hundreds of times and just out of habit drained the oil and then realized he wasnt supposed to. Especially if you have had good service there before, not sure if its really worth going "to war" over. If that's the worst thing that happens, consider yourself lucky, but thats just MO.

Friend, I'm the one who is drinking, but you didn't pay attention. I did change my own oil, and asked 2x for them to leave it alone.
