I have never had an issue with Corbin. We sell a ton of their products, and can get you a discount too! Contact me for more info! In fact, out of all the companies we work with, they are one of the most customer freindly companies around.

Dr. V, can you get a discount from Corbin for a custom modified seat? From what I understand from them they do not charge any more than their normal MSRP to do some modifications. Like I want a Dual Tour but need the foam modified to sit me 2" down and 2" further back and add the key/lock feature, this way it will match my Young Guns seat that I have from them. Also even if you do not need custom custom mods they take your weight and inseam to make the seat?
As I indicated in my original post, I like the seats I've purchased from them, had no problems with the orders or how I wanted it custom chaped (for the seat). I just was not happy about the passenger backrest and they seemed to "take offense" when I called and talked to them about it. Their attitude was that they've always made it this way and don't get any complaints. That's fine, but I wasn't happy with the product, it was brand new and never "used" on the bike. What ticked me off was:
1. the attitude and the difficulty it getting a return code. I would have thought that would be done with no issues at all.
2. there was no mention of the restock fee
3. no response to my follow up emails, I had to call them again.
At this point, it's not a big deal, of course some folks have had good customer service with them as I have (when there was no problems). But I'm just letting folks know that IMHO when things aren't perfect with them, neither is their customer service.
