Default cruise issue
04 FLHR cruise want engage changed out carb went to S&S super E no issues worked fine until just recently. I get red cruise indication light on console but no green light when i hit the engage switch at throttle. What could my broblem be.Help

Throttle cables probably need re-adjusted

Not sure if you have the throttle roll off switch on the '04. If so, unplug it and see if it will engage. Just remember you can't roll off the throttle then!!

Make sure your brake light isn't stuck on (bad switch). Cruise not working alerted me to my bad switch.

Yeah, see if your brake light is always on. If so, narrow it down to front or rear switch and you should fix your cruise.
