If you read the instructions you got to have a auto tune module for each cylinder.
Actually no it dosn't. The instructions that came with it has a picture of one modual on the front and nothing about hooking it up. It talks about how to set up PCV for autotune and AFR values testing sesors and tech tips

Sorry man you got one cylinder running that is not tunin itself with only one module
Hope they have changed the auto tune modules from the small wires you have to putin the tiny screws.
You have just one autotune module? Are you using the generic autotune kit, or is there something new?
The autotune for Harley models have always had two modules.
Yes, apparently the new model of the autotune uses only one module. A friend just bought one from FuelMoto and his has only one module with connections for both sensors. He initially had the same problem but found that the insulation needed to be trimmed back a little further on a couple of the sensor wires as they were hitting on the entry to the pins in the module and didn't make good connection with the locking screws so you might check that on yours.
