I've bought from both Soos and Harley Goodies. Both have great products. On my newest bike I went with the Kury which moved me out 1" and forward 1". For me, they are great. No longer have 1/2 my foot hanging over the front.
I promise you guys will love your extensions. The folks at eglide goodies are top notch. You won't be sorry for getting them or dealing with these professionals!

I will hopefully remember a search later but would love more info on this product as it would address 2 issues at once. I am or rather was looking into a Kuryakyn rear shifter as I understand they make them longer but if I can kill 2 birds with one stone that would be great.

That's exactly what it does, kills 2 birds. 1" forward and 1" out. Does not effect the lowers. This is exactly what I needed.
Like I said in my email to the Goodies - all pretty boring - ordered and received within a week (in Aus) - fitted in 30 minutes - tested - like I said boring!!
Seriously a great product simple and inexpensive - took a few kilometers to adjust to the slightly different position for gearshift and brake but all done and cant wait to do a long ride with them
i have the 1" extensions, and my bike is lowered 1"..i have never scrapped the floorboards once..my mufflers scrape sometimes pulling out of a drive..on my 72 i could scrape the floorboards going strait down a road..
