I put the HD LED on my Electra Glide Classic several months ago. All I can say is, "WOW!" The light is so far better than the stock light. I did not get the LED road lights, but they're on my "wish list."
I found the quality and extent of the LED headlight makes the stock road lights suplurfluous. At night, the difference between having the road lights on or off is negligable from the rider's point of view, but having them on make me more visible.
I also find that the oncoming traffic no longer flashes their brights at me when I'm on low beam.
Bottom line: If you ride at night, the LED is essential & not a luxury.
To anyone who complains about the cost, consider these facts: (1) you can see the road better (think: irregularities & debris more easily seen at a greater distance); (2) you can see the sides of the road better (think: early warning on deer); (3) It cuts through the rain (ugh!) better (think: avoid hydroplaning); and (4) It will not fail during the time you own the motorcycle (i.e., saves money in the long run). When these factors are considered, it's a "no brainer." For those of you who complain, think about that.
Just wondering if you had to adjust the spots from the factory setting when you installed the LEDs
Took the easy way out. The dealership was running a special, for every $500 in accessories they gave a labor credit. It was plenty to have the lights put on, and since I didn't need it for anything else, I let them put the headlamp and auxillary lights on.
The LED lights ARE a huge improvement. I am still thinking about adding a set of caliper mounted LED Motolights though for ultimate visibility. Plus I think they would look great on the bike..........
That's good to know...my night vision is not what it used to be. Looking forward to a lot more night riding, especially this summer when it gets so hot. I'm doing a GPS /Interface install also, & as soon as I finish that & get the LED's adjusted out I'll be ready to try them...assuming this ice & snow clears out. ()

If ya do that go ahead and order the LED bulbs for 'em or they'll be yellow lookin, don't ask how I know
