I'm not affiliated with Brukus at all. They just sent me an email about a new detachable windshield lock that looks pretty good so I ordered one. Looks like it would not only deter a thief, but also secures the shield to the bike much better to prevent any kind of blow off. Looks good too.
Unfortunatly, it won't work with detachable Batwings (yet)
Seems they're working on another locking device that will work with the detachable batwings. I'll buy a set when they're ready, I like the business and the customer service.
Dan and Kay are great people. I first bought the SaddlebagSecure, then being pleased with that I got the Harley Fender Security Screw and ShieldShackle. All great products from a great sponsor.

Hey! Thanks for the good word! We are hearing other comments that the detachable windshield is sturdier / more secure heading down the road. So what we developed to deter thieves is actually making the windshield itself more solid on the bike - flexing less.
FYI - thought we should let you know, too, that we are also working on a product to secure your single-up custom seats. Such as your Mustang seat. We've had a ton of requests for something like this and heard from those who had theirs stolen.
Hoping to launch this product in the next few weeks. Working to make practical and secure and as inexpensive as possible and yet - something that looks good and you'll be proud to have on your bike.
Thanks, too, for the continued suggestions for products. We are listening!
Hope you have a blessed Thanksgiving and even in these difficult times are able to find much to be thankful for.
