It mostly covers diagnostic trouble codes and how to test/repair for such things that cause the codes. I would buy a service manual, parts manual and EDM but that's just me.
The first time you have an electrical problem, you will be glad you spent the money for the diagnostics book. The dealer will charge more to find the problem than it costs to fix it, and they will do the excact same thing that this book tells you to do. Its an easy to use, and easy to follow step by step instruction manual.
I have all three manuals for both my bike (2008 Ultra) and the wife's bike (2006 Deluxe)
Once you get your manuals, takle them to Kinko's and get them spiral bound. Much easier to keep your place when working on things, and its really cheap to have done (about 5.00 per book)
