Hi all
I have been gone for a little while, Wife was diagnosed with Cancer so we have been flying back and forth to Arizona for her to start her Chemo. She is going to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America Center in Goodyear. This post is a twofold post.
First: If anyone you know has been diagnosed with any kind of Cancer the first Phone Call you need them to make is to CTCA. These people are awesome at what they do and the way they take care of your loved one.
Second: We are moving to Goodyear AZ so we can be close to her Treatments and I am always looking for a good ride and good folks to ride with.
How about you folks giving me some of those awesome rides that I hear about in AZ and the surrounding area.
Thanks and like I said if you have loved ones with Cancer call the Center, it's the best thing you can do for them.

Best of luck with the treatment. When we rode to Scottsdale in May, we hung out for a week and did a bunch of dayrides. Our favs were the trip to Tombstone and back, out to Tortilla Flat, our loop around the Superstitions (some overlap there). A run north to Sedona (via Jerome?) would be up there on my list, as well.
well cant help you with the rides in arizona as i live in ny and have never been out there.but i posted this just to say good luck to your wife and you..prayers are with you.
My favorite ride is to go to Wickenburg, then take 93 to 89, go up Yarnell Hill then stay on 89 to Prescott. From Prescott, go through Chino Valley to 89A, then up over Mingus Mtn to Jerome. From Jerome, pass through Clarkdale to Cottonwood, then take 260 to I-17 and back to the Valley.
Best wishes to your wife in her treatment.

Wish your wife good luck,I have a good griend and riding buddy going through his second round of Chemo and we are praying for good results.Prayers to you and your wife.
It really depends on what kind of roads you like to ride! We have all kinds. It's getting kind of late to ride the northern part of the state, you can still ride it but it will be cooler now. If you don't mind the cool, there are a lot of good riding. But seeing how your from Sparks you can ride the pines most anytime, so the soutthern half would be different for you. When you get settled in give a PM and I'll lay out some rides for you.
