Default Loading Bagger into toy hauler????

Im new to this toy hauler thing and have a question about loading my road king up the ramp on my rig. Did a load - unload with the wifes dyna super glide custom, all went well. Just seems like the angle of the ramp is too steep to load my road king?? Dont want to rip the rear fascia off or damage the mufflers trying to load it. With my wifes bike on the ramp with the rear wheel right on the bottom, I measured from ground to bottom of fender and it was 10" then when bike was level on the ground it measured 16" from ground to fender, if I am correct (which I have sometimes known not to be) that would be 6" difference. My king starts out at just a hair under 8" on the ground which should give me almost 2" if Im right. Anyone have any experience loading and unloading a bagger with low ground clearance, any help-advice would be greatly appreciated. Got a couple of pics of the ramp and the rear of the king.

I am not experienced in loading into a toy hauler, but can you take the trailer off the cinder block to get less of an angle?

My ramp doesn't look quite as steep as yours, but my Ultra will bottom out if I'm sitting in the seat. Once the front wheel gets over the hump my *** comes up out of the seat and I walk it in.

That's what I was wondering, why is the trailer jacked up? and on BLOCKS?

You can always use a "hitch with less drop" so the rear of the trailer is lower.

Default Have toy hauler with same problem

When i am hooked to my truck I can either back truck rear wheels up on a ramp to lower the angle or else use blocks and jack front of trailer with the tongue jack up high enough to have clearance. I still am real careful and use an extra set of eyes to spot while loading and unloading so things don't get torn up.

You can try raising the jack higher and then set the rear stabilizers down to control the trailer from dropping. That will lower the approach angle then lower the jack onto your vehicle or just lower it some if you don't like it sitting that high. I do it all the time with my trailer since I cropped some length from the 4' gate on mine to reduce drag.

My ramp door looks longer than yours and my angle isn't as steep. Try lowering your stabilizing jacks. The rear of your trailer looks high.
You can also get a ramp extension and lessen the angle.

Oh I see now that you have the camping trailer toy hauler. You can still try to raise the front of the trailer by adding to the front stabilizers if the jack won't go up any more and lower the rear just load your bike. Apparently you have the trailer leveled like you would when camping.

Either lower the back of the trailer or raise the end of the ramp.
Maybe build yourself a ramp to extend the ramp on the trailer.

His trailer looks like it sits higher like mine. Use to have a regular trailer that sat lower with no problems but toy hauler sits higher and if it is sitting level while hitched I have the same problem with clearance.
