Ok, I did a quck search and did not find my answer.
2010 UC limited when I turn the CB on it has Locked and I can not seem to find how to work it
Can someone point this dumb cracker to the right place?

My cb didn't work. Turned out to be the cb box was bad. Fixed under warranty.

 

My CB box was also bad and fixed under warranty.
Be sure speaker rocker switch is all way down on back side, be sure CB is turned on, be sure the sqelch switch on left handel bar only has a few bars showing on screen, be sure com volume is turned up some ( it is separate from radio volume).

+1, read your manual, real intuitive once you figure it out

 

Swing by the dealer and they will show you how to work it, if its bad it will be a warranty fix.
