Hard bag securing systems

A few weeks ago I read a post were this guy paid forty / fifty some dollars for a hard bag securing system. Later that week he went to NAPA and looked at the rack there sat every piece of the system he received for a grand total of $10.00. Anyway, in his thread he listed each part by size, name and part number. Does anyone still have this post saved?

I think that this might be what you're looking for:

Fender U bolts NAPA part # 665-1461
Chrome button head screws 5/16" - 18, 1 1/4" long
5/16" Stainless steel lock washers
5/16" stainless flatwashers

Remember, the hardware store parts do NOT include the security head bolts and matching wrench. For some, this may be unimportant, but its an extra security step.
