One word...... ZanottiMotors.com, No Muss, No Fuss, Great Prices, Great service! Prices beat CHD and LSHD even with shipping. Need I say more?, and No I don't work for Them
Not always...when I was checking prices for my last order LSHD was $48 cheaper than Zanotti. LSHD had free shipping and Zanotti did not.
Here it is the last day of January, and order still hasn't shipped.
Order date: 11-29-2010
Called on 01-19-2011 to check, and was told that some orders failed to get entered into the system correctly.
They fixed the issue and re-submitted the orders on 12-20-2010.
So, here it is over a month later and still nothing.
Two full months since placing the order.
Finally got my ship notice today!!
That was my 3rd order from them. It will also be my last.
I ordered 2600 in parts from Zanotti and received all items in 10 days, including my special order V&H exhaust system. saved 700. I'll be shopping with them again!

I've said it before so worth repeating, I LOVE the city of Chicago, but CHD is pretty much a joke by today's mail order standards. If they want to be a mail order/e-commerce outfit, they should act like one. They will hardly ever respond to emails concerning orders. IMO, Zanotti's does a far better job with customer service. CHD will not be receiving any more $ from me.
