Adjustable wind deflectors on the fairing, that way you can adjust the amount of wind you want, triple tree deflector, and the front fork deflectors are what work for me. You can take them off in about ten minutes during hot weather, if you want.

There have been a number of referrals to front fork deflectors. I don't think I've ever seen them on Electra Glides or batwing equipped Harley's. I have seen something similar I think installed on Road Kings or Heritage Softails. Is this the same thing? Anyone have pictures?
The interesting thing about that front fork baffle is that it USED to be standard issue on the early FL bikes, but somewhere along the way it was removed. I think they determined that while it did direct air away from the rider, it also directed air away from the engine too. So they removed it for cooling purposes, yet still sell it as an add on.
Expanding on what PANIOLO was saying about the horse shaped air deflected that mounts under the tripple tree that was standard issue on the older bikes, my last bike a '99 TC 88 Roadking came with one, they are not used on the newer hotter running 96/103/110's because they deflect to much the air away from the cyclinder heads. I read some where that they only suppose to be used in 70 degree or colder weather on the newer bikes.
With that cold *** winter we had last year I just recently installed those ugly fork mount air deflectors on my '10 Limited, (yes they do fit with lowers on) and yes they are ugly, but they DO keep the air off my face, and really quiet the ride, I enjoy the sterio and the exhaust tone alot more now. Also, find myself riding a little faster now, got a speeding ticket last week.

The fairing lowers work great on my '09 Ultra and they are not that expensive.

the stock wind deflectors are moveable but do not lock in place , the add on ones Harley sell [ I think they are called dragon wings ] are very nice and do lock in position , by the way nice looking bike there vistavett

Freedom wings http://www.freedom-wings.com/ are adjustable and really do wonders...same as the Harley version. Got mine on ebay for around $60 couple years ago.
As for the triple tree air dam on our bikes, pg 2-71 in the service manual says remove when temps are above 70 degrees

Took mine off and it makes a great ashtray for the garage. Could be used as candy bowl by non-smokers too.
I put on Freedom Wings right after we bought ours in '06. http://www.freedom-wings.com/ This company was making these before Harley offered them. Looking at their web site, I see they now have some additional deflectors, called Wings Plus.
I also put on the fork baffle as shown in post 8. That stopped the wind coming up from the front of the tank that hits you square in the face, by directing fork air down. The parts manual tells you to remove it in hot weather to help evacuate hot air from around the heads, to help cool the rider, not the engine. I leave mine on year around without problems.
In cold weather, I also run the fork deflectors. The manual says they won't work with lowers, but by adjusting the light bars, you can get clearance and they work great. You'll definitely want to remove either those or the lowers in hot weather. Also, before mounting them, cover the underlying chrome with tape, or you may have a rude surprise when you take them off. Ask me how I know...
