Not yet. I think it was on Thursday, the weather guy on TV said Calgary (I live near Calgary Alberta Canada) was the second coldest place on the planet. Apparently only Antarctica was colder and it felt like it.
It's warmer now so I can move the vehicles out of the way to give me room to work on my bike. I'll update this thread when I find the problem.
It finally warmed up a little bit so I went out to the garage to see if I could track down this wiring glitch. The new lights require you to insert the wires (prefinished with pins installed) into the connector. This, I assume, is done so you can thread the wire though tight areas, although it wasn't required on the Ultra. What happened was the black wire wasn't seated in the connector properly so when I plugged in the connector it must have pushed the pin out. I'm usually pretty good about checking my connections, in fact I usually use needle nose pliers to seat the pins firmly, but this time I guess I didn't. That's probably because about $3000 in parts arrived at once and I was anxious to see what the finished bike would look like. <G>
Oh, look.... the UPS truck is here again. Gotta go. <G>
