Just hook it up your self, real easy. 9 volt setup no good.

Do the oil change and the battery tender yourself.
Oil change is as simple or simpler than any car.
All three fluids can be changed in less than 1 hour.

Seems pretty simple...unhook battery, negative first then positive, put on pig tails(matter the order?)..then positive cable then negative correct?

My dealer actually puts the pigtails on all of their bikes before they sell them. But, I've had a Fatboy I put one one and have also put the leads on for heated gear. Very simple to do. Try putting one on a VRod -- not a lot of room in the battery box area.

It'll probably be harder for you to take the battery plate/top cover off than to install the pig tail.
It don't like to come off, and is a bit of pain to get off, a bad design if you ask me..

Can also connect your leads for a tender at the positive side of the starter and a good ground is all thats needed for the negative and don't even have to mess with the battery ..
