Yes. The bike in question has ABS. All of the input above was good, though I didn't ride up to 60 and clamp down on the brakes.

Incorrect, That is not a sensor of any type in the rotor, The rotors are semi-floating and that is how HD did it.

To check for ABS with out going thru a bunch of pulling covers etc. check for the flashing amber light on the gage panel when you start it up, when you ride a away it will turn off.. this is the self test mode. Secondly, look for a wire zipped tied to one of the brake lines going to the front caliper, follow the wire and it will go into a wheel spacer, that is your speed sensor for that wheel

This is how the owners manual for my 2011 said to determine it.

I have tried the back brake on my bike and got the ABS to kick in. The dealership recommended this to "get used to it". The pulse is VERY noticeable on the foot. After a couple tries alone I did it with my wife and she said it felt pretty smooth. It was too hard (scary) to do this with the front brake.

on the front left axel you will see what looks like a black spacer...if it is there the Harley has ABS.......if not it doesn't

Pretty simple to check and doesn't get any easier
