Reading this forum, I think it's funny why people question what others do to their bikes. As if the publisher is really contemplating whether or not it is "cool" or "reasonable" to make the same modification to their own bike?! Sure, inquisitive nature rules, but, why do most of these posts tend to degrade or demean such people who perform such mods to their bikes? Why do you want apehangers, or a stereo, or extended saddlebags, or a slammed bike, or a 200 HP bike (not to call anyone out in particular, but these are just some of the topics I've seen lately)? Is it just me or are a lot of these questions posed in a deragotory nature, like WTF were you thinking when you did this mod? Is there not a more politically correct way to ask, or do you think most of these people asking get a rise in seeing the argumentative responses that ensue? Do you really want to know...or do you really feel like saying "hey dumba$$, why the f**k would you do that to your bike?"
I've already surmised that there are certain people on here, that have a sole purpose in life, to **** off people while hiding behind a computer screen......
There are also a lot of great people who even become friends through this forum. Might take months or years but many of us get together for rides and even cam swaps. Yes, some a-holes but that's the way the world is.
For me, I like it this way. Mostly good with a little bad.

Hey Steve, your back in the rainy state again! Had nice weather while you were gone, you must have brought this back with you from AZ missed you at the toy run, lots and lots of bikes.
Met Greg and Zach's dad, great guys. We all need to go on a ride soon! Bike is running awesome!!!
I don't knock on other peoples rides. Hell, one of my riding buddies owns a Honda 250 Nighthawk. He is proud as hell of that bike because it is all he can afford with two wheels. I wouldn't dream of ragging on him. He worked hard to get that bike.
That being said, this is an online forum and opinions of all types are going to fly around from all over the place. I feel that if someone is too sensitive about what others think or get offended by the words of others then they live very sheltered lives and need to develop some thicker skin. I personally despise the idea of "politically correct" and believe with all of my heart that everyone should be able to call a spade a spade and speak their mind without boundary. In the real world there could be consequences, and everyone eventually learns that the hard way.

Dang... Too bad I didn't decide to go until I woke up and saw the blue sky up here in Granite. Definitely a load of bikes and great day for the ride!!
Heres some sh**ty camera phone video I shot just before the parade started. We didn't roll over to the Cap... just offloaded our toys there at the Sears drop, watched the bikes roll out and then headed over to the Ram for burgers and brew.

Clint, where was that ride? We were at the Shriners ride in Portland. They estimated about 3,500 bikes in attendance. Weather was good, just cold and windy. We lingered for a few hours looking at bikes then rode along for part of the parade; then broke off for Mexican and beer
