So many variables. Margin of error, which correction is being used, etc. There's really little if any value to comparing dyno sheets from one bike to another unless they were done on the same dyno by the same guy at the same time. We all know this, and acknowledge it, but we still persist in making the comparisons anyway. Human nature, I guess.

I agree.
The cool thing is, the work was done before we bought the bike. It was a trade in.
The guy that owned it spent about $18k on it in a little over a year--we ahve receipts from the dealership to verify. He then traded it in on a...drumroll...Boss Hoss.. said he wanted more power...
I figure that had to be about the dumbest move a human being ever made.

his loss, our gain.

Bagman--what kind of number are you making w/o headwork?

You're making more than 111/114 on a stage II 103 build?

I originally got 108/113 with the crushers, my builder suggested I go with pro pipe or Super trapps which should bring the numbers up around 120 +/-. Didnt like the looks of the 2:1 then but Ive changed my mind now and want to get the extra power back.
Not sure what the difference is in a stage 2 or 3, I just gave the guy the bike and told him build me something fast and reliable. I think when I said reliable he didnt do the hi compression or major headwork.

I'm with you here. Them's some pretty steep numbers for no headwork and a 103. They'd be pretty good numbers for a 110 with no headwork.

The numbers with the 2 into 1 were a guesstimate, maybe they are unobtainable, but we eill see what comes out by springtime when i make the change, i surely will be looking to make further upgrades at the time too.
