Oppss.... Damn
In ascending order of cost,
1) Use at least a medium weight fork oil.
2) Progressive standard height fork springs.
3) Ricor Intiminators.
Ouch.. expensive paint job, expensive repair, but an inexpensive fix. We have only sold a few of these, unfortunately most were after the fact like the one on the link below. Local Harely dealer came to us for a fix on a recently sold bike that they fixed for the owner under warranty I believe, but they installed Intiminators with this bump stop product and the owner (very aggressive heavy rider) did not have any further problems.
Give Brian a call at the shop to discuss this device further if you wish. It will work a whole lot better with Intiminators installed at the same time.

i changed out the stock shock oil for the screamin eagle heavy, and no longer do i have hardly any dive when braking, nor when i hit dips or bumps. the bike feels much more connected to the road in a good way. it's still very comfortable but the suspension absorbs bumps, dips, etc, much better than it did with the stock fork oil. man that was a serious slam from that bump.
That is a lowered front end- what oil did you put in with the lowering kit?
progressive springs or...?
Ouch, glad it didn't buck you off.
