I would suggest riser bushings too. Best thing you can do is just get with Dr. V-twin he will set you up with everything you need and for a good price.

How tall are they? I can tell you everything you need if I know the size.

Being that your is an 2006 you will need:

+8 throttle and idle cables.
+8 Clutch cable
+8 Upper modular brake line
STD lower Modular duel disc brake line
Wire extension kit
Poly handlebar bushings
Handlebar 1 peice clamp

Hopefully Silverbullit can confirm this. just my guess

Exactly. +6 for 12's, +8 for 14's. And he mentioned the clamp too!

I have the 12" outlawz on my bike. I changed all the cables and ran the wiring internal because I wanted steel braided cable and brake line. The wiring was long enough and didn't require cutting and soldering. Some guys got by without have to change the clutch cable and brake line on the 12s but I think you'll need to on the 14s.

BTW, these bars have a 90 degree corner at the bottom which makes it difficult to get the wiring through. Just a warning.

And he mentioned the clamp too!
I read somewhere that the pre 2008 bikes had two seperate riser clamps and that they did not have the clamping force required for taller bars. so the top clamps have to be replaced with a one peice top clamp.

The 08 and later touring bikes have a factory one peice top clamp.

The bushing on all years need to be replaced with polyurathane heavy duty bushings to reduce the handle bar movement of the taller bars.

I'm Getting ready to install a set of Wildones 502's so I've been doing a lot of research, :~)
