Dude use to work for Clearview, his windshield is very thick, cheaper than Clearview

Popular, expensive

They use to not use scratch resistant, I'm not sure if that is still true

The instructions say if bolts are not installed in exact order they may (will) crack

cheapest price

i'm really happy with the 10" long ride shield in the medium gray tint. it has the flip at the top that pushes the airstream right above my helmet and i look over the top edge of it by about 2". just right. i'm 6'4" tall and matt at long ride shields suggested that height for me and it worked out perfect. i like the fact that it doesn't have the hard coating so if you end up with any scratches or marks, they can be polished out. mine was absolutely flawless when i recieved it, and after 14k miles on it, the shield is still flawless. the coating on the hard coated harley shields cannot be polished out by the way. the medium gray with the flip sure gives my black streetglide that sneaky look.

10" smoked Windvest here. Keeps the wind and rain off my face, and I can look over the top if I'm sitting upright. When it comes time to replace it, I may give the 8.5" KW Flare a shot.

To the people who recommended Clarks, do you run the EG style or the OEM style? Does the wider one make a lot of difference?

To me the wider shields helps with the wind nosie in my ears better.
Plus you will hear the radio better too.

Does looking over or through have safety advantages or is it mainly a rider preference thing?
