When I hear boot strap. I think of the straps (or loops) at the tops of my boots that I use to pull them on.
But then I'm an old guy and not that familiar with all this new fangled crap.
I use Faarken "stirrups" for my office pants or they'd blow all the way up to my knees. My jeans are stiff enough that they don't need any help.
If this has already been posted , sorry, but I ain't reading 6 pages about straps. Guy told me you can buy them in tack shops for a few dollars, not 20.00 I don't seem to have this problem. Finally a problem I don't have .
Kroozeabout.
They come 2 to a pack....one isn't quite long enough to reach
from my kilt to the tops of my support knee-hi socks, and doubling
them makes them too long and my kilt blows up to my chest.
So... if your pant leg is rolling up your leg... why wouldn't you wear a strap or stirrup? Would you rather tuck you pant leg into the top of you sock/boot or wrap a rubber band around the bottom? *shakes head*
If someone says something to you about it... give 'em the finger.

I hate it when that happens, because then my man bits roll off the seat and get caught in the spokes!
+1 on the straps and buying your jeans a few inches longer. The good Lord saw fit to bless me with skinny little bird legs and my britches end up blowing up to my knees. Only problem I've had was catching the inside clip on the edge of my floorboard on take off. Then the strap comes loose and puts you in a general state of pissed off. Oh, and aren't all chaps "assless"? Otherwise they would be funny lookin pants wig the crotch missing. Haha
