I bought the Bagger Brace and I like the engineering, price, and the fit to the bike and I did noticed some improvement in handling, however the biggest improvement in handling that I noticed since I have owned this bike, was when I made sure that my air suspension and my tires were at the right air pressure. One more thing that I wish that I would have done prior to buying the BB is researched whether or not it would work with a center stand that I would eventually like to add to the bike. Based on what I have read, some stabilizers work with a center stand and some don't, and unfortunately the BB uses the same real-estate on the frame that a center stand would.
I think I understand it just fine and I'm saying on this particular 2000 RK replacing the old style 00 swingarm with an 07 swingarm and new stock donuts makes it handle as well or better than any touring Harley I've ever ridden (lots) brace or not. The owner of this bike asked if I thought he should buy a brace and I told him not to waste his money. It might be a benefit in a few years when the new donuts deteriorate but at that point my recommendation would be the Glide Pro bushings. JMHO.

I have fitted an 07 swingarm and rear wheel in my 1990 FLHS, along with a True-Track Trackula stabilizer kit. That includes solid swingarm bushings and the later spec donuts. On top of those I also have the later narrow belt and wider tyre, plus custom built Ohlins shocks. This bike now handles and rides like a dream. Fitting (or not) a suitable stabilizer kit is only one step in enhancing a dresser's ride!
Not the same brand, but I have the same style of brace on my RG. World of difference after the install. No worries about mid sweeper bumps now at speed. She's rock solid and feels stable for an 800# bagger
So I installed the brace and you know at first I was like did it do anything. Then all the sudden I tried to get my tire to track some of those deep lines or cracks in the road and I was pleased to see that my bike did not shimmy as much. Then I took my bike through a windy cyn by The house and was impressed on how the bike performed in the turns. The back tire really stayed glued.
So I guess it was a pretty good mod. I wish the price was a bit cheaper but overall I am happy with the mod.
Got one on my 06 SG...like it a lot now I need to fix the rear shocks and the front also.Looked at Traxxion....and the Biturbos for the rear...way tooooooo expensive.
I put one on my '05 Ultra after coming off a softail. I didn't like the frame flex in sweeping turns when hitting small hills and bumps. The Bagger Brace took that flex and twist away and made the bike handle better in the curves. I hear that was resolved with the change in frame design for the newer bikes.....
