I started to say the same thing yesterday then reread the posts thinking that wasn't the problem.
But I too had the same problem with the throttle grip being tooo tight when I replaced mine so had to go back and loosen things up and allow some end play then it work freely.
So that may or may not be their problem. Just say'n.

Thanks. That was it. Guess the cold weather made the metal/plastic expand. That's what i like about this place great for problem solving...
