Default ARC audio vs JM ???

Considering one of their packages....any feedback, like the MPAK5, which comes with a mini amp ks 125.2 and the 6.5 inch speakers...how do they come to these JM packages???

I have the Arc mini amp and J&M 7.25 speakers. I purchased the amp before John had his produced. I like both companies and both have great products and I like my set up very happy with it.

If I recall correctly, way back when John AKA JMJOHN stated on a thread that it was the same amp, J&M's label.
It was when J&M first came out with these amps.

I believe this to be true.

They are the same amp. I almost went with the entire ARC system, and compared them both when I was in Sturgis this year. I have nothing bad to say about the ARC products, the only thing is, I don't think their speakers are rated to handle as much power as the amp puts out, while on the other hand the J & M speakers are rated to handle it.

I don't know if the Arc speakers are waterproof where as the J&M speakers are. Also, I believe the J&M amp is the same amp as the Arc amp.

I actually did get the whole arc system at Sturgis the other year. The sound was epic. However in the last few months the right front speaker went out. I don't know if a loose wire, a disconnect or if like you're saying, if it just isn't able to handle it. I wanted to if i should upgrade.
