I have a full face made by Bell. I wear it in the winter on really cold days. Ocasionally I'll wear it in the Summer when I pull the windshield off and don't want the bugs hitting me. Most of the time I wear my HD Trespasser half helmet.

Just bought a Shark Evoline II modular. I really like it so far. Especially the chin bar rotates to the back and makes it a 3/4. I have a Bell 1/2 helmet for the hot hot days.

I agonized for MONTHS over this helmet thing. I finally arrived at this conclusion. The law whether we like it or not (where I live) states a DOT rating is needed. I have purchased nearly a dozen helmets looking for the holy grail "small DOT" ..They don't exist. There are small-ish but they all look like mushrooms from one angle or another. Also as I get older looks are not as important as they once were, safety is important, and this Shark is a very nice helmet. Some would say big but side by side not so much different, I like the features. If I wear it 1/2 the time or more I may benefit from the extra protection. Had I bought a quality helmet to begin with I would be $$ ahead.

Sorry for all the words!

I wear a Shoei full face for cold weather and road trips. It's got built in speakers for my iPod. Nice.
