I originally went to the dealer with the intention of bying an 09 gloss black EG Standard closeout. All they had left was a couple of denim ones which, due to the price, I reluctantly went with. That's 10,000 miles ago, the color has definitly grown on me, the finish has held up great, and the numerous compliments on the color makes me really glad I went with it.
I love mine, it's the 2nd bike I've had in the black denim color. Like everyone else, cleaning is simple and falls in line with my addage, shut up and ride!
I have an 09 street bob and it's denim black. Love the color, I am wanting to paint my vivid black RKC, to a denim color. Cant decide on black or white.
not really, only because I think vivid (gloss) black matches the frame and looks better for that reason, if we could get the frame in denim then maybe i'd like denim better..
I had a black denim fatbob, and then traded off on a vivid street glide. After having the flat black for about a year and a half, I thought it might be nice to have a shiny bike.
I was wrong.
Black Denim in pretty awesome. Looks Bad A$$, no finger prints.
I'm thinking about getting an estimate to put a satin clear on my vivid so I can go back to the flat look.
That's what he said.
Ain't no need to say anymore.....
