I had intermitent problem that I found to be a broken abs wire that was at the steering head of the bike where it flexed during turns. Most of the time the abs seemed fine but if i started making tight turns then the lite would come on.

You've gotten some good advise. You need to escalate the complaint and it needs to be fixed. It's a safety issue and they should be very concerned.

Default Lemon Law

Most places after they've tried 3 times on same problem it falls under the lemon law.

Dont know about other states but in Ga. they get one attempt if it is involving brakes or steering. Lemon law got me a new pickup a while back. Be sure to keep a good record of what has been done. Good luck.

The light indicates a fault if it is on. Doesn't matter what the cause is there's something wrong. If your light is on the ABS no longer is working. I would take it back to the dealer and get it fixed. The cause should be identified and corrected. You paid a lot to have a ABS and as such you should be able to rely on it to do what it supposed to do.

Mine developed a pinch at the sensor. Easy fix, but it took many hours of working through the 70 or 80 codes ....
