Default Manual miss print or difference install vs. check

OK The torque listed when changing brake lines for the banjo to the ABS module is 12.5 - 14.5 ft-lbs, both in section C1 and in the back of the manual where all the bolt toques are listed.
But, in the critical fasteners it is listed as 14.5 - 22 ft-lbs?
Seems like a miss print to me.
Anyone know for sure?
This is on a '08 Ultra.

Thanks

I'm not sure if a brake line banjo bolt is defined as a critical fastener because of it's design. I would tighten it to the lower tq spec, it would probably break or distort at the higher rating, due to the design of banjo bolts.

In my 2010 service manual it lists the torque value as 12.5-14.5 ft-lbs in both sections for the abs module and 17-19 ft-lbs for the calipers
