got an 03 ultra local dealer convinced me to upgrade to 95 in with heads done, aluminum hi-comp pistons with se 256 cams, and a se race fuel tuner
the bike really hops along but till it hits about 3300 rpm it kinda dogs along still way better than stock but was really hopin for all around preformance
im thinkin the race fueler aint the way to go for this kind of upgrade
anyone have any ideas if this was the proper upgrade for a bagger? i dont race light to light but i do like to pull away with some umph when i want to.
take it back to the dealer, for what you paid for the up grade , they should fix it , for me it was the ignitoin, now she has the umph
sorry i coulnt be more help.
Have it put on dyno. As I like to preach....you need the correct combination of parts for your application. This cam may not of been the best choice. At that RPM it may be that it is just coming alive, more of a high RPM cam than a good streetable cam for everyday use.
