I pulled my heel shifter and moved the toe shifter to the outside position. Where it needs to be once you feel it. I took a rubber grommet and placed it over the large part of the shift shaft(near the case) and then put a section of aluminum tube between that and the shifter. Works great.

You just have to make sure to take up that shaft space The shaft has two diameters. Inside is thicker for about 1/8th.

I am NOT SELLING THIS PART - Sorry for any confusion

Thank You all for your input....

Sounds like the Price needs to be $ 18.00 - $ 19.00 to be a good deal

The difference in this part from what I can see is:

Comes in Black , Chrome , Sainless Steel , and can be Customized - Not like the Harley or any other part I seen on the market

Spring Loaded

Moves the Shifter to outer Shaft

I may be missing something here..... but ..... wouldn't it be easier to take the toe shifter off, and just rotate the heal shifter into the toe position? That would eliminate the thickness issue.... Or is the shaft not grooved all the way around? It is on mine.

Me too.

After all my years of riding, I didn't see the sense in suddenly having my shifter over to the left of where my foot was used to seeing it.

However, the price difference wasn't that much, and the OP's item might be a good fit for him or others. Just not for me.

Went from a dyna to a road king and could never get used to the heel shifter. Took it off and added the chrome cap from HD to cover shaft.
