The wires are not color coded? maybe a red stripe on one? I'm subscribed because in 46 days after I get back from Iraq, I have new hogtunes ready to drop in. Sorry I cant help you but this is an interesting question.
Are you having trouble determining the wire polarity or the speaker terminal polarity. If it the speakers thats easy to figure out. get you a battery, the 1.5 v type....D, C, A, AA, AAA, etc.... Now either clip 2 wires on speaker terminals our just hold them on the ends of your battery of choice. Take note which is positive end and which is neg. end. Now just touch the wires to the speaker terminals briefly. Watch the cone when doing this, if battery positive touches the speaker positive the cone will deflect outward , if it deflects back into speaker it is backwards. Try reversing the battery or terminal touching and make sure you get a positive deflection. Then that will be the speaker polarity. Now regarding the wires... dif story. I can look in my manual and get my color codes for the wires, if that is what you need.
If you're working with the 35 wire Ultra connector inside the fairing the wiring assignments are 1,24,2, and 25, respectively--the numbered chambers are easier to find than the wire colors.

And you need this information to do what?
