I used the rogue system today, i was skeptical. But dam im a firm believer now! It took two of us to do the oil exchange, since i have a slightly different method of raising the bike up. But it does as advertised and u do not loose any oil pressure as long as you follow the directions. To me this is a must for sure!
Next oil change wil be with the Rogue Chopper unit. Will use the filter cover unit on the White Lightning also since I can remove the external oil return line and perform the same flush of old oil as the FLHTI.

I have been using the Cors System since it came out in 2006? For $20 bucks it does a great job abd removes the dirty oil in both my Sportster and Roadglide. Pop it on by the filter, aim plastic tube in oil drain pan, start engine and watch until clean oil flows, shut down engine.
My buddy designed and produces this product and offers it thru catalog s and his website.

Tell him Leroy told you about it online. He might cut members a better price?

I don't think this is compatible for my 2009 FLHP, as the rogue rc140 video shows a completely different way of getting the old oil out. Can anyone confirm if I can do it this way or if the rogue is my only option?

I don't have experience with either of these systems but I would say that the CORS system would work fine on your 2009 FLHP. The system attaches to the filter mount and drains from that same spot.
The Rogue system just caps off the filter and drains from the tank with an adapter.
The Cors system looks simpler to use and it's 1/5th the price.
I used something similar on my boat with twin V8s only because it was the only way to get the oil out short of pulling the motors out. It is not really a scavenging system like others are talking about here, and it will leave a lot of oil in the motor. And contrary to their website it is very messy.
I would not recommend it for a MC - much easier and you'll get more out by pulling the drain plug.
On the 09 and up Touring bikes, the Rogue Choppers Scavenger system uses the pipe plug which is where the oil temp sensor is installed if you mount an oil temp gauge in your fairing. So it's either scavenge the oil or check oil temp. I chose oil temp.
I can live with a few oz of old oil mixed with new oil and my engine doesn't seem to care either.
I only use top of the line oil and oil filters, which I consider more important than completely drain the crankcase and lines during an oil change.
