I'm going to come up with a complete system that sounds proper. That is affordable. That is not a flat out lie.
Sorry but that's opinion.
You guys are getting hosed.
not all of you but most.
Looking forward to seeing what your solution here is Shore. Got to be something better and cheaper than this bike specific gear, without giving up all your bagger space and being waterproof...right? Let us know what you come up with.

That sub-woofer won't fit in your saddlebag. If you put in 4 Pioneer Premier 6 X 9's,..........you'll have bass for days. EVRYONE thinks that there is a sub woofer in there some where !!
BUT,,............you gotta have enough POWER to push them !!
I think you're thinking about something else. That kenwood(15-3/4"W x 3-11/16"H x 9-1/16"D) and a few others should easily fit in the bag. There is an easy 11"x6"x19" in there without getting into the lid space and corners.
Securing it might be tricky because of the shock hump.
Been thinking about this myself. I got the 7.25 and was expecting more base. After I got rid of the HK radio and replaced it with a Sony it dose sound better. You can adjust the tin can sound out of it. Base and whole sound sounds great setting still, but as soon as I fire up the motor the base is lost. Not sure if I want to do the 6x9's or something like you are talking about. Let us know if you like it I might have to follow in your footsteps.
Has anyone spent the money on this Boss unit yet?
Let me know how it worked out.
thanks,

You could probably velcro it to the outer wall of your bag.
I've been thinking about this too, but I would rather you spend your money first.
another thought, a dedicated purpose built 6 1/2 inch sub in a saddlebag lid run with 2 channels bridged and crossedover. wont be thunderous deep but should sound really clean without giving up any space.
