Has anyone tried one of these in the side bags of a streetglide yet?
Sure looks like it would clear up the obvious lack of bass response we have despite what speakers/amp you run.
Self contained, 4"x15"x13" on most of them. Would take half the width of the bag but be simple to install and power. Run a power/ground and a set of RCA's and you're done.
This is a no tourpak option...I'm never going to have a tourpak so that's not an option.
Thought of it, because I have one under the driver's seat of my Tundra. I suspect that it won't be enough for you, based on what I believe you are looking for from other posts.

I'm going to come up with a complete system that sounds proper. That is affordable. That is not a flat out lie.
I'm interested...keep us posted....if it works...will have to upgrade...but does the bag have to be drilled for a port for the sub to work....
I'd like to say, no. I'd also like to be able to make it semi-easy to remove if needed. Quik-disconnect type stuff.
This is not pounding bass just a full range system. Like what a stock Bose system in a car would sound like. That's not unreasonable to expect at all, especially at this PRICE LEVEL everyone is paying already.
That is what fumes me the most...you guys are getting the wool pulled over your eyes. You're being told what sounds good.
That sub-woofer won't fit in your saddlebag. If you put in 4 Pioneer Premier 6 X 9's,..........you'll have bass for days. EVRYONE thinks that there is a sub woofer in there some where !!
BUT,,............you gotta have enough POWER to push them !!
a full range system will ever sound as good as a properly crossed over sub.also thought about a free air sub mounted in the bag facing inward.seen one powered sub mounted under a tourpack.
Boss makes an 8 inch that would just fit. I think it's 150 watts.
You could probably velcro it to the outer wall of your bag.
I've been thinking about this too, but I would rather you spend your money first.
